I have lived in Costambar since 2012 and bring more than 20 years of professional experience working in the United States. My background in construction, renovations, repairs, and property maintenance allows me to look beyond a property’s appearance and identify the work it may truly require.

My technical training and certifications include electrical work, plumbing, locksmithing, cooling systems, waterproofing, ceramic tile installation, air-conditioning installation, pool maintenance, and residential security systems.

At Dominican Coast, I assist with property evaluations, maintenance planning, renovations, contractor coordination, and on-site project supervision. I understand how challenging it can be to buy, renovate, or maintain a property while living in another country.
